6:15 - 7:00 AM
Arrive early to get in the queue for a Jewkes team member to take you to your hole.
Sponsors are NOT allowed their own golf cart. Breakfast will be available for pickup when you check in, or will be dropped off to you on the course.
Title and Platinum Sponsors will have their hole set up for them.
Builder Check-In
7:00 - 8:00 AM
Builders arrive to check-in and have breakfast.
Shotgun Start
9:00 AM
Pre-assigned Foursomes start on every hole.
You will receive a list of the line-up to your email before the tournament begins.
Lunch
2:00 PM (depending on pace of play)
Fully catered meal and beverages provided.
Title Sponsor speaks, Winners Announced, & Prizes are raffled off.

Unfortunately, we cannot mix and match.
1 week before the tournament date you will receive an email with your hole assignment along with additional information regarding the tournament.
Yes! As the Title sponsor, you will receive the list 3 days in advance. If you are Platinum or Gold you will receive the list the day before the tournament.
Title and Platinum Sponsors will receive the contact information for those who attended after the event.
Setup will begin 2 hours before the shotgun start. We have limited golf carts available to take sponsors to their designated holes, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure setup before Builders arrive for breakfast & check-in.
If you are Title or Platinum we will provide a 10x10 tent, 6’ folding table, and 2 folding chairs.
If you are a Gold Hole Sponsor we recommend bringing:
- 10x10 tent
- 6' or 8' folding table
- A few folding or camp chairs
In addition, we recommend bringing the following to make your booth stand out:
- Table cloth for the main setup
- Materials (business cards, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) you might want to distribute to the builders
- Product (for example, if you sell countertops bring a few samples)
Sponsors are welcome to bring additional materials such as product displays, golf-related games, etc. Please notify haley@jewkesdesign.com if you're going to be bringing large or bulky additions.
No. Golf carts are reserved for the golfers, but we will have Jewkes Design employees available to take you to and from your hole.
In order to provide the best experience for both Builders and Sponsors, only Builders can golf.
The only exception is our Title and Platinum Sponsorships, which include a four-some for golf in addition to hole sponsorship if you bring your own Builder.
Yes, you can bring in your own snacks and drinks at all of the courses except for Soldier Hollow (tbd). All food must be pre-packaged and should not need to be refrigerated or cooked at the tournament.
ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL OF THE COURSES. Please do not bring any in or you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
Members of the Jewkes Design team will be available before lunch to pick up sponsors and their booth equipment, as the tournament portion comes to a close.
