What is the (post-tournament) Platinum Lunch?

In 2025 we are introducing a premium lunch event to take place post-tournament with an invite-only, curated group of builders and sponsors. This secondary touch point gives you the chance to solidify your relationships with high-end builders and speak in greater detail about your products.

We will be hosting 4 of these events throughout the year, including the following areas: Salt Lake County, Park City, Utah Valley, and Southern Utah. Details on time and place will be forthcoming.

Each event will host 12 Builders, Title Sponsors, and Platinum Sponsors.

Title Sponsors will have input in selecting which builders are invited, will have the opportunity to speak at the lunch, & will have a personal invitation mailed to each builder on their behalf.

When will I receive my hole assignment?

1 week before the tournament date you will receive an email with your hole assignment along with additional information regarding the tournament.

When should I arrive to set-up?

Set up will start one hour before Breakfast/Check-In. We have limited golf carts available to take sponsors to their designated holes, so please arrive as early as possible to ensure set-up before Builders arrive for Breakfast & Check-In.

Will I get a golf cart to use?

No. Golf carts are reserved for the golfers, but we will have Jewkes Design employees available to take you to and from your hole.

What should I bring?

Please review the sponsorship type below to see what's included with your level of sponsorship. If you are a silver hole sponsor we recommend bringing:

10x10 shade
6' 0r 8' folding table
A few folding chairs
Table cloth for the main set up
Materials (business cards, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) you might want to distribute to the builders

Sponsors are welcome to bring additional materials such as product displays, golf-related games, etc. Please notify haley@jewkesdesign.com if you're going to be bringing large or bulky additions.

Can I golf?

In order to provide the best experience for both High-End Builders and Sponsors, only Builders can golf.

The only exception is our Title and Platinum Sponsorships, which includes a four-some for golf in addition to hole sponsorship if you bring your own Builder.

Can I bring my own snacks/drinks?

Unfortunately, the golf courses have requested that we don't allow for outside food or drinks. We provide Breakfast and Lunch to all attendees, and will also have a snack cart available during the tournament.

No alcohol is permitted on the course.

When will I be picked up from my hole for lunch?

Members of the Jewkes Design team will be available before Lunch hour to pick up sponsors and their booth equipment, as the tournament portion comes to a close.

Please note, Silver Sponsorships do not include lunch.

What is the Magazine?

A few weeks after the golf tournament is over, we will send a custom magazine to our high-end builder attendees giving you another touch point post tournament. This magazine will be filled with in-depth features on the latest construction trends, innovative building techniques, and profiles of successful projects and companies. Our magazine also features advertisements from top industry sponsors (YOU), showcasing the latest products and services available to builders and construction professionals.
